purchased the $5.99 original use limited photos. did what I needed to do and then canceled the app and made sure I checked the non-reoccurring box. That was 3 months ago and now suddenly it continually tries to take $35 out of my account over and over and over again. this is very sleazy. I've canceled it every way I can think of and it still keeps happening. just sleazy
Disappointing experience. App is NOT very intuitive and makes ridiculous choices, such as replacing the driveway with grass (in garden tab), doubling space in bathroom (in interior decor tab), and unable to follow simple instructions such as 'put a painting on wall that is more vertical than horizontal' or 'leave driveway as is' or 'add succulents', of which it only added one type and put them in pots instead of in ground. I did not see a free option and wish I had not paid for this.
Don't Bother I uploaded my current layout and it erased all of my furniture and put in all white, with white walls, filled the room with a massive sectional couch with several ottomans all over. The "free* version doesn't let you do much, wastes your 3 attempts per day so you'd have to pay to get it to actually accept your photos. It's not intuitive, how to go about putting your current furniture into their system (ran out of tries and I'm not paying without knowing how it works).
I purchased the application with an annual subscription and subsequently canceled it as my usage requirements were limited to a few months, and I wished to avoid automatic renewal. My understanding was that I would retain access until December 2026. However, the application has entirely deactivated my account, rendering it unusable without an additional purchase.
I purchased the service in hopes I could add design elements to see what the exterior of my home would look like with different materials and colors. The app would use the AI to regenerate an image, changing the doors and windows I didn't want changed, and when I tried to tell it what materials or color I wanted to see on the house, it wouldn't do it. not what I wanted. I paid for a year, and after a couple of hours, I want a refund.
