It is ridiculous that I have to enter my email address and password every time I want to use the app! App should at least always remember my email address and allow autofill of my password. Read the comments from lots of other users and fix this! Don't bother sending me an automated response that shows you didn't read our reviews.
No, I'm not giving you my biometric data. No, I don't want to "enhance my experience" by letting you send me notifications. Why do I have to click through these literally every time I open the app? There's absolutely no reason you can't include an option to allow us to stay logged in rather than forcing us to input our login and password and click through these questions every time we want to log anything.
Easy to use, no glitches or speed issues. Worked as needed when I needed it. Only suggestion would be to link it with the monitor so you can see the dates/times you hit the button. I was working for most of it so I'd hit the button, but have customers and couldn't pull my app out to log how I felt. I'd go to do it later but couldn't always remember the times, especially if there were multiple occurrences. It would be nice to see the readings to know it's working too. You really just don't know.
Definitely need to add selections for things like chest pressure, heart pounding, palpitations; pain in back, arms; tingling in extremities. Would definitely benefit from being able to have more characters for logging as well. Needs to be more connected to the app, so that time/date of pressing the button shows up in the app for later logging. You can't always stop and log. No way to go back and find out if/when you hit the button.
So it's better than writing in the book, what a low standard. When I try to call for information I get a message saying that my call can't be completed now and to try later. So no support is lousy support. Back to the app; when you select other and fill out symptoms, there is no way to know if what you wrote is recorded. In my opinion they just threw together an app because of complaints about the book. I found all this out in about 3 hours of wearing.
