Very good experience with LifeMD. The clinician I worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I received a well put together GPL-1 kit timely. They kept in touch with me every step of the way.
The app works fine but canceling the service was a nightmare. Even though there is supposed to be a way to cancel or pause the membership in the app/online the option didn't exist. I had to call and deal with an ai rep to cancel
I paid for 6 months up front. after 2 months I seen they were charging me way to much. they were charging me for a subscription and meds after already paying for that subscription. I have called numerous times and cant get a call back and it won't let me message in the app unless I pay them again
App hasn't updated since step 3. Received meds 2 weeks ago and app still shows them being shipped. I received email saying I am supposed to check-in, but there isn't any step to do after logging on. Requested support days ago and still haven't received response.
