Security & Privacy Review
Very convenient in the obvious ways, but so glitchy in others, I'm not sure if the convenience is worth the stress. ex: my flight got delayed, missed my connection . App says "we've automatically booked you on the next flight- click to accept" I clicked and it was a completely different date/flight/route. Then it decided it was a day later than it was, preventing useful searches. It was resolved on ground, but still added a ton of unnecessary stress.
App frequently will not let me log in with no explanation. Then sends an email with a notification and asks if the notification was useful. When I click on the link to let them know it was not useful, the link doesn't work. Garbage. I'm literally in the airport, my flight has been delayed, the gate has changed the Info on the airport board hasn't been updated and I can't get info from the app because it won't let me log in.
It's a good thing I'm old and chose to also print my boarding passes! App worked great up to the point I needed to board, then required me to login all over again despite my settings set up to save that information and use biometric login. Then, couldn't retrieve my trip and asked me to try later. Super helpful when trying to boad a plane!
this app is the absolute worst. it never saves your progress, and if you have to check something somewhere else you lose all your progress and have to start over from scratch. it is a huge waste of time for everything. They haven't fixed this, but they have made logging in worse. it tries to use biometrics even on your first login when it wouldn't work. and it doesn't have fields that work with password managers. and if you are flipping back and for to get your login info IT RESETS EVERY TIME!
generally good. the system prevented me from buying online for almost a year before sometime figured out it was because my known traveler number expired. Now it seems to work fine, with just a few glitches that usually clear themselves up. The one significant big remaining is that it seems to send flight status notifications really late sometimes. This app team needs higher quality leadership, specifically in systems Use Cases & performance.
