First of all, no sign up required. You can skip that step and the app still works as advertised. No sharing of personal data with 3rd parties and no collection of personal data for advertising purposes. I do wonder how they make money, maybe by charging apartment complexes to be included in their listings. I don't know. But regardless there are still affordable apartments kisted here on apartment guide in a wide assortment of cities. And actually, the selection is great, better than Zillow.
The majority of the postings are non existent/occupied. The AI bot is the only contact you will ever get. The only agencies that have competent human personnel are the high end properties. Once you've made contact with a human, if you are not looking in their price point, you will go directly to voice mail and never get a return call. This site is a major waste of time, unless you are wealthy and if you are, why are you renting, why don't you own.

Sure beats looking in the newspaper and have to drive in traffic all over the place until you just settle for less because you are tired of the hassle. There is a FRAUDULENT LISTING that I have reported but continues to be listed on this app I strongly suggest that people start double checking addresses on GOOGLE EARTH to make sure that the houses MATCH It is frustrating when after looking at photos of a house and when I back out I have to start from the very top and scroll all the way down to where I was UNINSTALLED
