This app hardly ever worked correctly. For 8 months I have been trying to get it to work. It won't block apps that I restricted. Then it would restrict apps before the time limit was reached. Then after a few weeks I would try to connect to the "share screen" and it would not work then I would have to spend the next 30 minutes trouble shooting, updating, or what ever else I need to do to get it to work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP.
1. We should be able to hear the calls or at least record them to hear them later. 2. I suggest you change the name of the app installed on the kids device by "system" or something they don't see too obvious because the green indicators appear on top and it clearly says "mic/camera is being used by flashget kids" etc. I really like the app, but I agree with the other reviews, you should improve it so the app can be almost "invisible" or at least not too obvious because of the green dot or icon.
Not every notification arrives on time, whether it's a call, an SMS, or something else happening on the phone. Notifications for apps you're running don't arrive on time and disconnect immediately. The problem recurs as soon as you minimize them. Please fix it!. And one more thing The app isn't working properly. The external memory disconnects as soon as you minimize it. I have already submitted a complaint via email, but the issue still persists. I purchased this subscription specifically to monitor my child's device while I am living in another state. However, if the app cannot maintain the required permissions and provide reliable monitoring, it defeats the entire purpose of the subscription.
Subject: Free Features Not Working Hello FlashGet Kids Team, After my free trial ended, none of the free/basic features seem to work. The app asks me to upgrade for almost every feature. I expected at least the basic features to remain available without a subscription. Please check whether this is a bug or explain which features are supposed to work in the free version. Thank you.
