The app refreshes constantly and makes me lose my place when browsing the front page. It is to the point of being frustrating and makes me close the app a lot quicker than I used to. I sent a message to support about it only to receive a generic response that didnt address the issue at all. I'm really not enjoying this app like I used to. Edit: I thought the amount of ads were bad before but now they put one between every few pictures in a post. Time to finally uninstall

Long time user, now it is a horrible experience. I've been using the Imgur app for 5+ years and I want to echo what others are saying. In the last year the performance in the app has turned horrible. Like it isn't freeing it's cache. So as you use it the videos load slower and stutter more no matter how fast your internet connection is. They've had plenty of time to fix this app, and they haven't My advice use the website in the browser and if you use Firefox you can also block ads. Win-win.

Flooded with advertisements. Aside from the ads, images I've saved to favorites sometimes get lost in a random unnamed file and I don't understand why/how that happens. There's no option to delete the extra folder or prevent it from being used. Again, this app is flooded with advertisements, makes a once enjoyable past time almost unbearable. It's sad. I've been using the app for 10 years, in the past 3 years it went downhill FAST.

I decided to try the current version out to see if you guys have made any part of it better. Oh boy has it gotten even worse! Every page has a "something went wrong" notice. I can't access notifications, my profile, messages, or even access content controls in the gallery! As I'm swiping the bottom of the page goes up and down, making the information bar in a different position with each post. On top of all this, the phone runs like it's going to combust because their are so many trackers. shame

This used to be my go-to app for when I needed to kill some time. The posts were funny and informative and the comments even better half the time. But now every 5 images there's an ad and there's an ad at the bottom I can't get rid of. I was willing to tolerate those things for an app I've used for years but now it's crashing all the time. I've seen so many others hit their breaking point and I've hit mine. It'll only get worse from here too, that's been the trend for years.
