Beware scammers! If you plan on just using the trial or trying it out and seeing if you like it first. Don't do it. They charge you the full monthly rate before the trial is over and still end the trial on the 3 day trial date when you canceled your subscription. when you email them they tell you to fill out a long form and you might or might not get a refund in 7-10 business days. I think they are counting on people not wanting to do all of that. App sucks too. Don't fall for it
I downloaded this app yesterday and paid for a subscription, then purchased additional credits. However, the app does not work. It keeps asking for album access even though all permissions are enabled, so I can not use what I paid for. I have tried troubleshooting, but the issue is not fixed. I requested a full refund via email on April 15, 2026, and will wait for a response. I will keep you all updated.
great quality, very low customer service, lots of issues with their system loved it up until 5 days ago. all of a sudden pictures wouldn't generate/automatic failure to generate images. its been like this ever since. I emailed customer support the issue and 2 days later they got back to be wanting more info. send it over to them promptly and its been at least 5 days with no response. Paid for credits i can't even use. Until this is fixed I wouldn't recommend this app at all
Will charge you even if you cancel! I canceled my subscription for the next month and while my subscription was active, and they still charged me for the next month before the renewal should have gone through. And because I canceled it should have never gotten charge in the first place. Be prepared to get overcharged for an app that’s not worth it.
Total rip-off scammers. It's cool of them to give you some free credits to try out the app before buying, but you don't get a chance to use it all. I had over 80 credits left, and today when I tried to make a single image, it tells me I have NO CREDITS left. I checked, and sure enough everything I had left disappeared! Seems like everyone who has been sampling this app experienced the same thing. AI isn't even accurate when using images to create a picture. Waste of time 👎
