5 Stars initially, now the format changes every week and it's placing my deposits in Predictions, even though I'm logging into Sportsbook. It's an issue because it only shows up in Predictions, then I'm forced to get a refund, which takes a few days and I miss the window on the original bets I wanted to make. The app was great, leave it alone, you're doing too much.
I've loved the app since I first started using it about a month ago, and the a couple days ago I loaded some money off of a newly opened account, in my name. And for some reason my withdrawal process was taking much longer than normal and then suddenly my account was suspended for "suspicious activity" and after sending in over a dozen files trying to get my account reapproved I'm still being told there's stuff missing. Even worse I can't access the money that's been sitting in my account since!
I hate how it says it's having issues locating my location everyday even tho my location is on and working fine every time. then I've had a few times when I tried to cash out early and it will keep dropping the price after Ive hit the button over and over again and won't let me cash out until the money has dropped dramatically. doesn't happen alot but it does happen and it isn't right.
The app is EXTREMELY laggy when it comes to scrolling and entering wagers. It's not optimized at all compared to the iOS version. The app freezes a lot, it constantly has issues finding my location, and the Home, Live & Bet tabs keeps resetting and defaulting to the same event. On my iPhone, I can have each tab on a different event. I'm coming from an iPhone SE, which has zero issues with this app. Game scores are slow and inaccurate and the Scoreboard doesn't work or scroll properly. Do better!
I've been a silver level customer playing on draft kings and it was a good app to bet and play slots on. but the last few weeks the slots games slow down in the middle of spins, are it's glitches, are straight freezes, it's always looking for a location even with u connected to wifi, the app is just now meant only to take, no matter how many times you restart it install & re-download the app, the same problems happen again. I once gave this app five stars, now it's one...
