very glitchy. the deposit bonus is good but you have a 15x playthrough. they let you win enough to make it through but by the time I was done had 30 cents when I was done. they also limit which games are "eligible" to play. so not a fan so far. I'll continue with my free spins everyday for the 10 days and likely close my account. very very buggy and glitchy.
When i first got this app it was perfect. Then all of a sudden I stopped getting promos and the app would glitch right when you needed to cash out. it also would report false things like saying your bet won and then all of a sudden it would be a different outcome. And there customer service is terrible. I got someone named Oscar M who just kept ignoring my request and kept trying to end the conversation. well he did. I tried again and got nothing. So be careful with this app and support.
Customer service is awful and the app glitches and freezes during matches CONSTANTLY! I think the biggest issue though is that unlike other sites that release your money immediately without question, they will randomly places "review" on your withdrawals and hold them for up to 48 hours whenever they feel like it... More than likely to draw interest from YOUR money. Stay away! I would give zero stars if I could.
I know this review will not make a difference, because anyone with any ability to change things will even notice. But I joined this app in 2023 and absolutely loved it! It by far was my favorite sportsbook to use with the many bets you are able to place. Different bets as far as yardage or points that other sportsbooks did not offer. The promos that seemed to be available weekly. Then it changed i originally gave this app 5 stars, you seriously could not beat it. Then it changed.
good lord, I have never used a more horrendous app. The entire app is constantly reloading everything on the screen about every 10 seconds and takes about 3 to reload. just getting fast enough to type in my information to make an account before the page reloaded was a test in patience. I'm grinding through this just long enough to get my free bets payout. I couldn't imagine using this app if they weren't paying me.
