Will uninstall as soon as I use up the rest of my deposit. I didn't have much trouble with the app until recently. I had a win but the payout was incorrect. Not a big deal...probably a glitch. Tried to contact support, but no luck. Their bot on the chat function is worthless and sending an email to support seems impossible as the app refuses to recognize my email address as a valid email. Not worth the hassle.
So tired of this app constantly logging me out suddenly this week. And also, every time I click on a shared bet link, a pop-up happens that says "Your selection was not added to the betslip due to a network issue, or it is no longer available" but it adds it to my betslip anyway. It's frustrating, because it adds another unnecessary step of getting rid of a needless pop-up. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and clearing cache to no avail.
Worst betting app, especially when the games are live. Extremely inaccurate with plays, and now their app is out of service, unable to cash out if I wanted to.. Thanks for stealing my money, Fanduel. Also, casino games are not the same as the actual machines. Mystery Lamps, for example, is a touch screen game on the machine, and you can rub the lamps and help them pop but not on Fanduel Casino.
I have had nothing but issues with this app. its constantly glitching. it will say location verified then after my money is gone and I go back to home it says no connection go in a game location is verified. I've lost so much for minimul reward. and the rewards tiers are a joke. I was at tier 3 should have been to tier 4. but instead it now says im back at teir 2. customer service seems to be a joke. every one ive been in contact with.
A few days ago I noticed I can no longer make parlays, had to make only straight bets. then yesterday they took away my option to use promos on those bets. The absurd AI support bot was useless, as they usually are and when I finally got to a live person they suggested updating the app to the most recent version (which it was), or uninstalling and reinstalling, which I still haven't tried yet. But I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to use an app that was perfectly fine a few weeks ago. Ugh.
