I used to love playing this game, which I've had for about 9 months. However, there must have been a recent update, because I was completely frustrated when I tried to play today. Not only are there ads between games, but the ads now interrupt me while playing the game. There were a total of 2 ads that popped up and interrupted the game at random spots. If this is not fixed, I will uninstall the game.😠

Been playing for about two weeks with no problems. But, suddenly ad reliability has gone through the floor. Forced ads crash online games 40% of the time. Automatic loss, can't retrieve those games. Ads for dice and, keys, work about 5% of the time, entire ad plays, then kicks you back to the shop w/no reward. Cleared cache and, restarted ap dozens of times in just the last few days. Sent a ticket, they told me turn off my vpn. This seemed to work for one session of ad watches, then it reverted.

Update: Don't do it!!! Have contacted customer service five times now and have received automated responses without followup, resolution, or refund! Paid for the ad-free version and I was enjoying the game. Poof, my ad-free play is now full of ads on every other toss of the dice. enough with the team events!!! I'm tired of having to click on it only to back out to continue playing. not to mention it takes the chance to play an ad to double the rewards. and that's only when the ads work correctly and don't restart the game or simply don't register and you have to watch another. I have bought "bonus rolls" many times so I don't get the forced ads...I'm talking about the ones that are optional....and if the ads are that important to the game shouldn't they work properly??

This was my favorite game for the longest time! I loved the puzzle 🧩 that you play 3 games on 1 board, but they got rid of that. I maxed out areas that open with keys, but pointless anyway. I bought all extra dice, so there's nothing to spend coins on.. yet all I seem to win on spins and tickets are coins instead of the extra dice that I COULD use. Postcards are worthless, so I don't play puzzles anymore. I switched Yahtzee's and new app has the 3 board ALL the time- YOU NEED UPDATES! -SEE YA
