They pay out, but the withdrawal process is long and tedious. First you have to get your earnings "verified" which can take up to 5 days, then you can submit a withdrawal request. You can only submit 1 withdrawal request at a time, and those typically also take 2-4 days to approve. So after you've finally earned the rewards for a game, typically you have to wait a week or longer to actually get paid. That being said, I have received all the money for my completed rewards. Eventually.
I use a lot of these pay for play apps. this one has been the easiest to earn money by far. I've been using this for about 6 months and have already earned over $100. Most prizes are earned by reaching certain levels. reaching the first goal (normally 60-70pts) of a game is usually very easy. any goal after that where you have to earn over 2000pts is basically unattainable. I earned $32 by reaching level 10 in one game!
The app is easy to set up and use. The games are pretty simple and repetitive with hoards of micro transactions. Earning takes time (a lot) and in many cases you have to make a purchase to advance to reach the achievements before the time expirations. My average is around $20-$50 a game with an average of $100 every 2-3 months of casual play.
They shouldn't advertise quick payments because that is far from the truth. 5 days to verify you earned the money, then you chose a payment option and it takes another 3 days. That's not a quick payout. The winnings are very small and are mostly point based. You do a task and get 20 points but you need 65 points to get 20¢. Initial cash out has to be atleast $25. Some games have no ads while others are flooded with them to the point the game crashes or it freezes on the ad page.
I spent hours on an offer trying to reach the $20 minimum only to get my account suspended after I tried to verify and cash out $10! What's the point of even giving the option chat with support to appeal if you're still not going to change anything?? It already took multiple tries to verify my account because the connection was slow. I didn't break any of the rules that were on the list of 20+ reasons why my account might have been suspended and they refuse to tell you exactly either!!
