I've had this app for years, and it has been a stable performer all this time and with various phones. I've kept the Pro 1 Tier almost the entire time as it gives me all those options that are useful everyday with only a $10 a year payment. It's been my reliable and goto weather radar app. For all those who are complaining about prices and features, you may want to read through the description before purchasing it because it lays out everything very clearly. There is an error with the location where it won't work anymore but I'm on GrapheneOS so not sure if maybe its just something with the OS but other than that been using this app for years and works great! Love the default colors of the radar products and like things like azmuthial shear etc! Would be great if they fixed the location thing though, other radar apps locations work fine and yes it has all permissions for location on.
This is a good app to have on your phone, tablet, or laptop computer. I recommend having it always. However it is charging me $14.99 a month for some reasoned?? the app shows it is only $9.99 but somewhere it is getting an extra $5 dollars a month. So watch out for what they charge you. I have had this app for about 2 years, In the beginning you pay for the app and it was just a 1 time payment now they want to charge you for everything.
Update- when you get the error described below, try selecting a different radar. The error message, like their "help", doesn't tell you squat. Too many "an error occurred downloading the radar product" errors (on more than one phone). Their status page says everything is fine the entire time. Can't find anything on their website that comes close to looking like help.
I have the $10 android app and the $30 windows app with pro tier 1 which is less than $1 a month ($10 yearly). So I've spent $50 on this app altogether. The app works well on both platforms. An industry standard should be enforced for polygon colors. It's annoying but tolerable. What's odd is how it jumps from 83 cents a month to 15 bucks just to be able to log in across platforms when many free apps let you do that. $10 just for watches is odd as well else I'd give 5 stars easily.
