The weather app is quite good, and the graphics are beautiful. But they're having issues with the real feel temperature. In winter, the real feel should never be higher than the actual temperature. They corrected it for a few days, but now it's wrong again. It's 33° tonight with 1 mph wind. So the real feel should be 33°. I've written to them again about this discrepancy. We'll see if they can correct those values. In summer, though, the real feel is often higher than the actual.
After installation, I opened the app twice. Recieved ads both times, both times review requests popped up. Also, the two times I opened it, I received a "Final Notice" pop-up to "update" the app that I had just downloaded. If you click on it, you're taken to Play Store to download yet another weather app. These events cross the line from a rediculous ad app to something even more suspect. Even though the app has a good appearance, I don't trust it. I do NOT recommend this app.
Ok, not as accurate as it should be. Rain percentage/chance needs to be more accurate, other places will show 15% all afternoon but this app will show 30-40%, which is not accurate. I like the wind estimate and temperatures, they seem to be accurate, the radar could use some upgrades to make pausing easier and be able to back up instead of cycling through.
The ads are atrocious. Especially when it pretends there's an update to the app to trick you into downloading another app. I would hate to rely solely on this during severe weather, aka tornado warnings. I never get any weather alerts. It's not really that accurate, and when it asks for a review, it wants it emailed instead of posting it here. I'm un-installing.
While there was information available that was helpful, every time it activated and kept trying to install other programs. seems malicious it's sales ads it's trying to install other programs and difficult to bypass. After a few days, I heard from my credit card, and on the day I downloaded it, my card was corrupted and a charged with zero cents from Omarhelpmy. Now I'm waiting on a new credit card, what a pain
