Terrible app! It constantly erase input data when searching and I had to reenter it several times. I tried to reserve in a public parking lot. The app processed my payment. Never sent me a confirmation, and it didn't appear in my reservations. I called the support number and after finally getting past the AI slop, I got a person. He told me that I cannot make a reservation for a public lot. Why then did the app encourage me to do so?? He had no idea! USELESS APP!
No longer works as of May 2026. It pops up, and immediately goes to the infinity waiting spiral "Please Wait" forever. I have cleared the cashe and storage, uninstalled it, turned off/on GPS location, uninstalled it again, created a different account, cleared that cache and storage, turned GPS location back on ... ad infinitum. It appears to be able to geolocate the correct zone immediately, then goes to "Please Wait" death spiral. Sigh.
Absolute garbage app. Nothing works on it. The only way to pay is through the website. Either the app thinks for a minute (literally) and then does nothing, or it says there is no internet connection, which is weird because I'm streaming video at the same time. Knoxville has been screwed by plenty of contracts and developers. This is just another in a long list. I wouldn't be surprised if they were run by someone's nephew.
I use the app periodically to pay for parking. To use it each time (the last few times), I've had to update the app, enter my email address, wait for an email containing a confirmation code, enter the code, accept the new terms of service, opt out of spam texts, and decline an advertising for "safe garages", all before I can even start searching for my parking space, let alone pay for it. I'm so glad we as a society have moved past the onerous ritual of dropping a quarter in a machine.
This App was great, it worked perfectly for a few months. Easy, convenient, and I was able to pay for 30 minutes, not the full hour. Now the app wont open, keeps closing, and says "parkmobile keeps stoping" I uninstalled the app, and restarted my phone, did multiple different attempts to get the app back on, re installed it, and I keep getting the same message..
