I used to love this app for convenience, but lately it's moving at a snails pace and it doesn't like to link to my PayPal account which is my preferred payment method. I like having to order and pick up what I need and move on since my work day is early and long. nothing against in store shopping, but if I know what I need the app is a better option for me but so annoying it loads so slow.
App takes forever to open either from clicking on the app directly or from a Google search and clicking on the part. I can't stand using Advance Auto Parts due to that. Follow up to reply. It's happened on all phones I've had over the last few years, phone service is not the issue weather wifi or network. It happens all the time and none of my other apps have the issue. My friends have the same slow opening on their phones also.
The store is great. Their app not so much. If I don't sign out of my profile every single time that I use the app the next time I open it it just says ugh cuz this is frustrating. We're experiencing problems on our end. I then have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to be able to use it. It's been this way for 2 years now. I've called to report it still 2 years later. Still the same problem every single time
the app takes forever to load on each page and as I add additional items it takes forever for my car to update. it's excruciating to place an order online or through the app. what should only take a few minutes to order nine items literally took me 40 minutes and that's with me knowing exactly which items I needed to add and not having to search. also, with the new update you're not able to stack discounts anymore which makes it not very competitive price-wise with other retailers
The app is terrible. Great when it works but it's so laggy and slow. Makes me not shop at your store it's such a slow app. Takes forever to open something. I have an s25 ultra plenty of free space and my phone is clean. This is the only app with issues. Edit: It is consistently slow. Feels like I'm using dialup when I have a 2 gig line. Pics load and I'm still waiting on price and bring able to click add to cart. It's excruciating to wait it isn't just a short lag. It's minutes long wait.
