After installing, there was a statement that I could explore the app prior to subscribing. Completely false. Payment is required immediately. Also, a time limited offer was presented for a lower price. But could not access the offer after attempting to explore the app at less than 2 minutes later. Additionally, I found no means describing how the app connects to the car (Bluetooth, WiFi or whatever).
I tried setting up my car, it took me through all the set up instructions. I paid for the yearly subscription only to find out that my car doesn't connect to the app. I had to call my finance department who told me that car doesn't have them feature. So I've been trying to speak to someone about my Refund for 3 days nothing yet. I've called the number which is not taking phone calls, I've emailed and chatted, they just keep saying high volume someone will get to you soon as possible. SMH🤬
I paid for the yearly subscription only to find out my vehicle is not compatible though the app had said it was. The phone number connects to Google who is not taking calls. The app itself gives you the run around. I sent them the only screenshot that says I wasn't connecting but their answer was they needed more screenshots. Don't use this app!!!
I have no idea how this app gets such a high rating! I should have read the reviews first! like so many others, the app is misleading. They take your money then still didn't give me the info needed to see if my car was compatible. Since I canceled within minutes, I thought that they would offer a refund, but nope! NOW THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO MY ATTEMP TO CONTACT THEM! I did request a refund from Google, since the developer is ignoring me.
I was going to sign up for service with this app, but after finding out I signed up & was charged for some other company's service that popped up during account set-up, I've decided this app is not safe & too many ads. My goodness, I couldn't log out or exit before the ad stopped. I just read through other reviews and every person signing up for their service has some sort of complaint & yet google play indicates a 4.5 star rating. Please help me, make that, make sense. 👎👎👎👎👎
