This is a five star banking experiance! I recently had to dispute a transaction and the process was very simple. Customer service was NOT automated and is available 24/7. It was very easy to connect with another person who knew exactly what to do and was highly informative. Better service than with my large, branch-bank actually. The online bill-pay service is amazing. I had no issues. You can actually pay anyone nationwide, with a name and address. They send the checks for you, promptly.

I don't understand what's going on with this company lately. All of a sudden, my transfers from my savings to checking aren't immediate. my debit transfers are showing an error message, but I'm still getting charged a transaction fee. the chat option is not helpful. Uninstalled and reinstalled, did absolutely nothing. This always seems to happen at THE worst time. This issue needs to be fixed!

Times are hard and they're the worst when it comes to overdraft protection and overdraft fees. Even if you manage to put your account balance back to + balance, they'll still charge you $15 fee for each "pending" transaction that was already done prior. The only good thing about it, is being able to receive your paycheck early. Otherwise they're horrible and so is their customer service. Very nonchalant and non negotiable. Waiting to close my account with them after I get my next paycheck!

Excellent online bank id definitely recommend. Great security. A lot of information on the mobile app Maybe 3 years with these guys and no problems. Backed by Green Dot and I've been associated with them probably 30 years. Way back to my first time a company wanted to direct deposit pay to a debit card. lol yes I'm old and kids that's right we used to get a check on pay day. And it worked. Even got paid a day earlier. This is the worst banking app I have experienced. I am on a fixed income and these overdraft fees are a way of entrapment. You advertised to me a better banking app with no overdraft fees but now I have more fees than money and when I try to talk to someone about it the phone number keeps you on hold with no one returning to speak and an email that is not in service. Now there is an error with me logging in to the app. I have been having problems with this app since I became a customer. 0 stars
