The app is helpful and for the most part well organized. Some pages are just too bulky and not as easy to navigate, plus the app is generally slow in populating. I wonder if just adding an additional section of information access would break away some of the information overload on other pages.
hi, I have not been able to use the app yet. Writing this because the app doesn't crash so I don't think you'd have reports. I verify using my phone number then I click the next step (terms) but the terms never load. It's worth noting that I can't log in via browser on my phone because it directs me to the app. I have been calling every month for my balance. This is extremely frustrating please fix.
I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.
The app does not give valuable information on investments. The line graph display often blocks the ability to slide to specific days. The account information gives a skewed reflection of account profit/loss over a time period. This is due to the fact that it combines your gains/losses with any contributions that you may have made throughout the year. The only use of this app seems to be a display of your current balance in the account.
My other financial app (LPL Financial) offers privacy after tapping the Recent apps (or Overview) button on the Android phone. Their privacy feature blanks the financial information on the screen when navigating to other open apps after pressing the 3 vertical bar button and scrolling between apps. The Edward Jones app does not offer this privacy, and information can be viewed
