Security & Privacy Review
For some reason I can no longer see lives, it just shows an error saying "sorry, this function is temporarily unavailable" and tells me to contact support, which I have done last night, and have still not received a reply for the next day. I've troubleshot everything I can think of, clearing caches, force stopping the app, restarting my phone, and it's been going on since yesterday. I missed a live I actively moderate for and this is a huge issue.
There appears to be a bug where views don't always get counted for, example; I'll get a few likes on a video, but the view count stays the same, which makes no sense. Also, it sometimes crashes when I edit videos, but I can easily edit them before uploading to the app, even though that might be an issue for other users that aren't as technologically inclined. There's potential here. You can not create more than 1 account at this time. 1/7/25
App won't allow me to create a profile, "opps, something went wrong" error code. Can't create a profile using either of the tree options. What's the point in downloading! Response to Clapper media group 6/27/24, I've deleted and reinstalled your application multiple times in the past and again today. Still nothing happens, my phone is up to date and everything is working fine; with the exception of your app.
Terrible algorithm. The more you click "not interested" the more they force the exact same content into your feed. Not worth the download. Likes and follows mean nothing because they force you to view what they want you to view. Even if a "wide variety" of content is available, it forces the same set of videos you've already clicked "not interested" on half a dozen times already
Have tried for about a week to get this app to work. Will never let you sign up for an account or load anything, just keeps sending notifications but can't ever open them because the app won't let you sign up, every time I get to the birthdate screen, it says there's an error and won't go any further. I've tried signing up using Google, Facebook and phone number, all 3 same issues. Have reinstalled numerous times with phone restarts between. Totally unusable. Uninstalled and moving on. Bye 👋
