so far so good. haven't had much issues as of now. been in debt relief for approx 9 months. clear 5 debts working on 3 more then 5 more to settle. yes I may need to add more to my monthly payment to keep up with the pay offs. but as of now they have helped as they said.. as far as cost to me for the program I really don't understand how it is worked out with Beyond to get their part of my money. but I do know we set a budget to get the paid off in a certain amount of time.
Terrible experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you're dealing with credit card debt like I was, your first option should be a personal loan. If a debt consolidation company is your only option, I would still recommend finding a different one. Based on my experience, I would not enroll with this company. I found the process frustrating and did not feel it lived up to the expectations it set. I also believe many of the positive reviews are from employees themselves.
This company has been amazing at negotiating offers for debt reduction, and I have been able to make the payments easily. it is nice, because they pay the creditor, and I just pay them twice a month. My credit has gone up from low 400s to 550s in one year, so I feel that is pretty great. The only issue I have with the app is I have to reset my password often.

Less than 2 years and already 4 accounts paid off. They make it so easy and I love being able to track everything in the app. Don't hesitate to call them. You can get out of debt and turn things around!
