While the gameplay and graphics are good, the dice roll ratio is the worst. I previously had this app and deleted it because of the unfair rolls. It skews the doubles either to one side or the other. It never seems to be even close to equal. I don't mind losing if its because of bad play on my part. I don't like losing because the other guy rolled 6 doubles during the match and I rolled one. I don't like to win that way, either. Also, there is no penalty to resign. Deleting again.
fun game as backgammon goes provided you're willing to press the X button on the 8.99 promo...over and over and over and over again. you can force stop the app and it doesn't make much difference once you get past that you can play with the insane volume of people cheating at a very simple game. No you can't play with other "people" online but you can play with bots and cheaters if you like that sort of thing. This app has that "in spades".
I love backgammon but this game is as bad as the other ones as the opponents always get higher doubles and roll EXACTLY the number to knock you off while you never get the ones to knock your opponent off. It's very frustrating!! I had only installed this a couple weeks ago and had about 17,000 coins or so. Tonight there was a glitch, it kicked me out of the game and when I went back in all my coins were gone!! I uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't help! I'm pretty angry about it! I'm done!!
Game gets more and more ridiculously annoying because of non stop ads, pop ups, offers, and more. It doesn't let you play with lower coin bets so you always have to bet a bigger portion before any game based on how much you have. if you buy 100000 coins, don't expect to play 100 games at 1000 coin bet. It starts pushing ads after each loss, even if you don't tab on "get x back". Time to delete this game and find something that doesn't annoy you with non stop ads.
The game will not stay connected, so sometimes it takes a really long time for either player to go. And sometimes one or the other player loses all of their money because it won't reconnect. Plus, it won't allow lower bets after you are on higher levels. Constantly losing connection is so annoying that all the perks and good things of the game don't matter. It's a constant with this game only.
