No basket when booking tickets meant that once seats are selected, if the booking process is interrupted (screen turns off, or you click to view terms of cancellation cover, etc.), the process must begin again, but your selected seats are not available for 10 minutes and there is no way back to your previously chosen seats. Very frustrating.
New ATG App is great - finding seats and booking tickets very easy to do - although back button doesn't go to last step so started the process from scratch a couple of times before I realised!
A few tricky moments setting up payment. Didn't have to go through the entire saga 3 times thanks to excellent app navigation and signposting.
