Terrible app. Even once you get past the login issues (can't use a VPN), the app only sporadically works. It takes long to open and for songs to load. Songs will stop mid-stream and then the app won't let you start a new song or channel. Channels don't update to current live feed. These issues are only amplified with Android Auto, where the app will launch but not play. New issue: Entire library doesn't show up on AA. Favorited channels just aren't there.
I was being charged twice a month. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told they could only see one set of charges and one account. I offered multiple times to send screen shots of the multiple charges every month (two different amounts). I was told I had to call a different phone number to figure out what was going on. They kept offering to lower my rate if I don't cancel. Such a scam. I like the music options but not the shady business practices.
constantly freezes up and needs a restart when I change towers or go to 4glte from 5g. edit 6/21/26: the app gets worse with every passing day. I travel a lot and this app is useless if you change towers while traveling. to use it while driving, I constantly need to restart the app, so I usually end up listening to silence until I can stop and reset the app safely. Guess I'm going to try something different, anything should be better than this.
Sirius has provided the option to keep a saved library of your own favorite channels/podcasts, which WAS great until about 1.5-2 weeks ago. Today was the third time I lost my saved favorites despite having done nothing differently than before. I'm not sure what Sirius is doing on their end, but I NEVER had this problem (and I've used the app or listened online for many years). It's frustrating enough that I might stop paying for Sirius since I listen on the app/online more than in my car.
I now need to log in on Android app to a screen that look like as if I was a new user, this is a PIA, I want to go for a ride and have to do this every time , it used to connect as soon as I started the Jeep, seems like you raise prices and make the App worse, I would have sent this in the app, but couldn't find a contact up, can I go back to the phone connecting to the Jeep via Bluetooth Automatically, nothing changes with the hardware, Radio and phone are the same, it should work the same.
