Base building slop. The game was fine at first. Then the "Story" just hit a dead stop. I played for like 2 full weeks and still couldn't continue the story. Just kept telling me to continue upgrading buildings. I UPGRADED EACH LIKE 9 TIMES AND STILL CAN'T DO THE STORY. They just want me to spend money. Terrible game. Would give it a zero if I could.
You have to pay for EVERYTHING. Want to more known heros? You have to pretty much pay. Leon you absolutely have to pay for and Claire is the only one you can really get. I have Carlos, but for him, I can't get any files to upgrade/have a very slim chance to get it in a mini game of sorts that you have to get coins for. Leveling up is a challenge, right now I'm trying to figure out how to do research and I have to go through so much on the skill tree to get there/upgrade the building randomly.
On Chapter 5 so far. I pre registered before it got released. So far its addicting and fun! Pretty simple gameplay and easy to progress. It starts out like the Resident Evil games, but then also has base building after the tutorial portion. I LOVE that I can turn off the chat and it doesnt auto turn it on when you reach the mansion. The chat ALWAYS makes me disband these games if I can't turn it off. I haven't had to purchase anything so far and haven't been forced to or have it pop up a lot.
The game is seems fine for what it's is, but the Resident Evil style game it opens with is completly thrown out the window very quickly. I wanted to explore a mansion and solve puzzles, not play an an allianced based RTS. I am editing my review since the developers responded quickly, and the game seemed good for as long as i played it. Just be aware that the first hour of gameplay does not reflect the the bulk of the game mechanics..
Great Game! Been playing since day one. Having a lot of fun with all the different events and even don't mind dropping money on the different item packages, though for new users, it isn't necessary. One suggestion: In the future, are you considering adding an alternate costume for the characters? Like Leon's attire from RE 4 or Ada in the red dress? Also, it would be cool if you added bosses like G to replace the Nightmare Nemesis or Saddler or even Gravedigger instead of the Alligator
