Overall this game is so fun! The only reason I would give it 4 of 5 is because they constantly show discounts for in-game decorations, or "Here's a low price for gems". I wouldn't say its an ad, but they sure do show a lot of in-game purchases. I understand that games like these basically have to do this, but I feel it's just a bit excessive, in my opinion. Either way, the game is super fun and the story and items are beautiful!
I've been playing this for over a year. The only problem is that the amount of coins, ⚡️, required to play the game keep increasing ridiculously. A new venture, like the perfume game, is designed to use a very large amount of diamonds to progress. I have decided that it's a portion of the game that I will no longer compete in. Its sole purpose is to get you to buy($) more diamonds to excel in the game. It's still my favorite game, though. It's does take some time to fully understand the game.
There are a lot of rewards throughout the game and on more than one occasion I've not received the rewards, opened a customer service ticket only to be told that what happened didn't happen and I actually was properly rewarded lol. Wooga is now notorious for being a money-grubbing company; they won't fix or rectify issues because they know you, as the player, don't have documented proof so they don't have to act on it, and the game has become progressively dependent upon paying to progress.
not terrible at first but the longer you play, the more energy it cost to advance the story. Sweep the board minigame is awful and honestly, kinda stressful. too little time is given to find all the objects for each stage. I always run out of time at the spot before the final checkpoint. 15 seconds for 30 items is unrealistic. events don't seem to last long enough for you to win the top prizes and you can't always buy the items outright with the earned coins.
Only downsides is the amount of diamonds you need to use for anything and you don't get very many diamonds too often. The amount of travel tokens you get without watching ads is very low as well. It's a fun game and the story is good, I just wish you could get further in the mini games without having to watch ads or use diamonds. Less ads and more rewards would make the game more fun to play.
