When the game is working well, it's great! When it's not, it's abysmal. Be prepared for frequent crashes and a completely unplayable game after a fresh update. You will freeze, can't play cards, and then start back up like nothing happened. It becomes next to impossible to move up after you hit 4000, because only 3rd place or higher gain points, and it's so few, it's hard to recover from losses. If you just stop caring about your score completely, it becomes fun again.
hi, I've been playing this game for 10+ years. a year ago they're was an issue where Tess Greymane disappears out of your collection. the reason that I used to come back to this game every few months was to play my Tess deck which is weak but fun. well, tess has disappeared from my collection about a year ago and never came back. obviously I'm not going to buy another one that might disapear too. there's also 6 other cards that have disappeared from my collection which ruins decks I've made.
The game is pretty fun but ultimately it's just another deck building game. The biggest issue with it is that it doesn't update with the play store and instead often has multiple gig updates that don't trigger until you try to launch the game. Ultimately if you're already into Wow you'll like it but otherwise there are better deck builders that are always available.

I only play Battlegrounds in this game. That being said, this game mode alone deserves 5 stars if it weren't for the disconnects. I get disconnected from games often enough that its a problem. It's not just me, but many of my friends in various locations with varying internet strengths all having the same problem. And what's more annoying is how it only reconnects you to the game a fraction of the time if you're lucky. Usually it acts like its reconnecting, and you sit there like a hopeful moron
