Such a disappointment. TMI all at the same time and no starting point or guidance. I've spent my trial week trying to find out how to cancel. The place to click to cancel is grayed out and doesn't work. Plus, surprise, the free app is really $69.95 a year after a 7 day trial period, WHICH YOU CAN'T CANCEL. Run, do not walk to the nearest exit!!!
It doesn't seem to always keep track of my completed days. This becomes discouraging to me because then it starts my days over when I was using the app the day before. Or I can be on a long streak and it doesn't recognize I've used it and lose my streak. Its also hard to find my daily routines if I need to search for them in the app. I wish it was available on the main page. Rosaries says Jonathan but it isn't him. Otherwise I like it but sometimes find the usage a bit difficult.
Dont subscribe unless you want to pay for an entire year!!!! Their marketing scheme is sinful. You advertised the platform as 8.99 a month or something close to that during the free trial at the beginning of lent. Then I notice you overdraft my bank account by charging me for a year at once. I do not want your app, I was going to uninstall it and cancel my subscription, assuming I had been charged for my 1 month, and at most a 2nd month. I bet you have thousands of complaints about this.
The free option for Hallow & I had to start paying, but I don't mind. That said, the site is horrible. someone seriously needs to fix alln of the problems - the site wouldn't let me add my credit card, would send the needed code to either my phone or email, the home screen changed to nearly unrecognizable, some things i like, 21 days to interior freedom, are extremely difficult to find, the entire format changed & i don't like it at all. trying to use the app on my laptop is even worse!
I love the app and use it almost every day but recently it has canceled my streak records. I wake up go to say my rosary and its reset to 00 days! NOooo! It used to count my day after I finish a prayer segment and now its not. 😕 Not a deal breaker just no way to report it in the app. toggled through all the buttons no place I can report an issue. Still a good app if they plan to keep it.
