Disappointed in Matt Rife ad. The app is easy to order on. Could use some other improvements. Even though the app shows that you're logged in, it doesn't save certain things, like the Beauty Profile. A lot of links take you out of the app to a web page (ex: FAQ's, complaints, ads) and even if you manage to login on that web page it doesn't save to the app and it's not on your profile on the website when you log back in. The scanned receipts disappear.
The app has always been a little glitchy. It can't show your previous orders on full. When you click to see details, you consistently get an error message - "the certificate authority is not trusted" or"failed to load product, please check you intent connection". My connection is ok. If you try to use the online site, the app will open by default, I've had to delete the app and go on line to view the full list of past orders. I want to see previous orders to reorder specific items. Please fix!
e.l.f app is super slow, and I have a lot of problems. as much as I love the e.l.f product, they communicate, speediest, and feeindslyness sucks. I have had multiple items canceled or not given because they ran out but were never notified, I only found out because I checked my shipping notice. I'm not sure the price and awesome products are worth the terrible customer service.
I've been having issues with the app almost Non-Stop pages are not opening and loading. when trying to complete my beauty profile it gets me to a certain point and gives me an option to add certain items to my car and when I try to add them it will not add them and there's no option to proceed further into the beauty profile. So i am unable to earn the points for completing my baby profile.
Too, too difficult to navigate! Also, I accidently doubled one item and something better than one item I'd already selected. I tried everything I could think of to delete one item altogether and reduce the quanity on another to no avail. AND I love ELF. I've been buying ELF since you could only find it at Old Navy and airports! please make this workable! PRETTY, please!!
