the thrifting app I've needed. lots of great quality items for super good prices. if you get into the rhythm, you can find some extremely good deals. I had to turn off the notifications though so I don't make any impulse purchases because of the discount offers on items you like. it's great for if you're set on an item, wait a few hours the seller might send you an even better discount.
I'm a buyer and a seller and have a lot of ways I wish the app could improve. * When listing an item and getting down the details at the bottom of the page, it automatically scrolls back up to the top of the page. *Shows items outside of my size range constantly * Organize the offers page by most recent. there's no organization, and it makes me scroll down so far * Some users have this, but a way to send an offer to all users who have liked the item. PLEASE. I hate scrolling through weeks
Good app for buyers, not much for sellers. Depop can be very frustrating to use at times. People will send offers and ghost you all the time, and that's supposed to be normal. But with Mercari or Poshmark, you never have to face this issue. This is because if you send an offer and it gets accepted, then you purchase it automatically. I have shoes that I have listed, and I have accepted over 20 offers and not a single buyer. It's like they're bots sending offers. The app is also glitchy at times.
I have both bought from and sold on depop and it's my favorite app ever. i love how the algorithm gives me items that it knows I'm going to like and I find sooo many great deals. it's also super easy to sell things through depop and their customer service is amazing. they respond super fast and so far, have never let me down. i absolutely love buying and selling on depop and the app always works well with zero bugs or issues :))
good app; horrible shipping policy. I understand wanting your users to ship on time, but 14 days is not apt enough time. I would rather wait a month or two for an item than have an item I really wanted be canceled for late shipping. now I can't even try to repurchase because your app still has the items marked as sold. having a longer period for shipping should definitely be a thing. super frustrating. things happen, the seller should be able to have more time.
