Got a new phone, tried to do a password reset, they keep taking my money and never reset password, plus they kept taking money for go credit but never credits my account, currently can't log, have wasted more too much money trying to do a password reset. If the app is out of service, just take it down and stop taking money from people without providing services.
I wish there was an option for 0 star. This is the biggest flop I've ever seen in app upgrade especially when you're trying to bounce back. The welcome screen should have the "sign in" and "sign up" options instead of locking people out of their long aged accounts. A lot of us remember our usernames and passwords but there's no option to that. The worst is that creating a new account is not even working... always getting series of error messages. Take this seriously
Not working. Updated: After reading the new reviews, decided to try the app again. This time, it allowed me to enter the registration page and verify all my registration details correctly… But, after verifying the details and clicking "Continue" it gave me an error box saying, "Registration failed". Good thing is that I don't have to re-enter the details again after exiting the app. And thus I continued trying and it continued showing the error. So, the app is still not working.
Hello 2go Team, On behalf of many 2go users, we would like to report an issue regarding the Star progress system. Recently, the progress tracking has become unclear and appears not to update properly. Even after spending a long time chatting and remaining active throughout the day, there is often no noticeable progress on the Star level. This has caused confusion among users, and many suspect there may be a technical issue or bug affecting the system.
Recently became a decent user experience but with non-existent user support & no reliable account recovery process. GCs are still a practically useless virtual currency, make them useful (app themes like OG 2go, chat/bubble customisation in rooms, more emoji packs, potential is there). Notifications on Android are still not good enough. They should be /chat basis & grouped. Consider adding account age/ date joined to profiles too - it's actually needed on modern 2go. Good UI improvements too. 💯
